The Infusionsoft vs HubSpot sales person and sales tech flat out lied about the cost required to set-up program our CRM system. We provided 100% of our Specs in writing, reviewed them Between a prospective web developer, my internal IT director, and Infusionsoft logo. After spending 10 hours over a Period of two months reviewing specs, building Campaigns, etc. we signed an Agreement because they could do Everything we discussed. Only later you sign a contract do they tell you they do not train or provide Programming themselves. Somewhat, customers are forced to repeat all the same specifications with a third party Provider. Infuriating! The first third-party provider granted a Statement of work on March tow. The end Date was April tow.
The Announcement of work communicated they were to complete a total of ten-hours of Programming work. Long story short, they slow Rolled the build-out, missing Deadline after deadline, and in June provided us with a new quote stating there were an Additional 15-25 hours of Programming work needed to complete the Buildout per our specifications. Keep in mind those are the same Specifications that we presented and reviewed with them in Painstaking detachment in February. Infuriating! After receiving the New quote in June, we felt we had no choice but to push Ahead because we were so far after schedule and had invested so many time and Money into the plan.
We gave them a deadline of July fist, and they quickly Turned down the work because they said they wouldn’t be able to meet the deadline. Infuriating! It ultimately took Success Engine to the core of July to complete the first ten-hours of set-up/programming. Infuriating! So back to June when Success Engine turned down the work; we were Forced to ask the Infusionsoft university to give us with a new Third party provider which of course needed us to go over our Specifications for the third time. The first connection with the fresh Third-party provider ThinkAutomateGrow. Was mid-June. Once over we Communicated our specifications to our assigned Programmer and the next day that Programmer had a loss in the Family and was left. She passed us to the different programmer.
The new guy was Around for about three Weeks, didn’t do enough, then was shot by ThinkAutomateGrow. The 1st Programmer appeared for about two weeks but later reported that her son broke his Arm. She didn’t reply to emails or calls for the next ten days. When she did return, she said she went on her Honeymoon, and the Autoresponder on her Email need not have worked flawlessly. She proposed us via Email and teleconference to the owner who spoke to us double briefly by phone and replied to a result of three Emails. That brings us to last Friday, August 14, 2015.
That was the critical Deadline for ThinkAutomateGrow to join us on his Production calendar. He lessened to Respond. It is now Aug 19. The choice was made to use our own Internal IT staff to perform the Programming required to connect our new website to the Infusionsoft icon.
